I became interested in music when I first heard the Beatles on Ed Sullivan. I actually wanted to be a drummer but I found my passion in playing the guitar and singing. I became interested in Blues after listening to the Rolling Stones. After playing in many local bands I joined the Otis Trotter Blues Band. We traveled throughout NE Ohio playing small but crowded venue packed with Blues lovers. During my time with Otis we did openings for the James Gang. Joe Walsh once called me the best young Blues guitaris in the Cleveland area. I actaully learned to play guitar by watching Joe Walsh and Phil Keaggy in local bars in Kent Ohio.

Once I became convinced I could make a living playing music I decided to study the  with great jazz instructor Phil Rizzo. After 3 years with Phil I auditioned and was excepted in the US Air Force Jazz Band. I played for presidents and dignitaries from all over the world. Playing in front of thousands of people in  the USA Air Force Band was a great learning experience. After 5 years  I went back to Ohio and played with many different bands. During the time I shared the stage with Charlie Daniels,Charlie Pride,Marie Osmond, Conway Twitty, Kenny Keal,Tommy Castro,Roomful Of Blues,Joe Walsh and others.  I then moved to Florida and started playing solo using backing tracks.
